- Sealer and filler for use in patching cracks and breaks in roofing surfaces, firewalls, chimneys, gutters, flashing, etc., particularly in emergency situations where the stopping of a leak from a wet surface must be done
- Ideal for patching and roof maintenance, sealing and repairing shingle tabs, flashings, roof seams and gable joints. It can be used to stop leaks around vent pipes, spouts, and gutters, and is suitable for sealing metal building seams, foundations, masonry steps, or in repointing chimneys
- Do not use on tar roofs
- Versatile, waterproof, easy to use
- When application is to take palce at temperatures below 50 deg. F. (10 deg. C.), store at room temperature for 24 hours prior to use in order to make gunning easier
- Using a standard caulking gun, apply directly over area to be sealed
- Cannot be painted
- Emergency repairs to wet surfaces should be considered temporary and should be redone, if needed, when weather conditions improve
