Fulfillment: We display what we believe to be our actual quantity on-hand on our web site, along with a date and time stamp for relevancy. We devote a lot of time and effort to maintaining an accurate inventory, but errors and omissions occur. For that reason, please note:
v If an item shows "0" quantity on hand you may still order it, but you should expect a shipping delay while we restock it. We will not contact you, as the stocking information has already been provided.
v In some instances we indicate up front that an item is not in stock and give an estimated shipping delay. These are our best faith estimates, but they are estimates and may not be accurate. Feel free to contact us before ordering so that we can provide a current estimated shipping time.
v We do operate a physical store, so it may occur that we had the product in stock when you ordered it, but it has been sold before it was picked for shipment. All orders are subject to prior sale, but in this instance we will notify you before processing the order. You can also contact us before placing the order to request we physically verify the stock status and pre-pick the item. This will insure your order can be filled once you place it. We're happy to do this.
· Shipping:
v We normally hold all orders for shipping complete unless instructed otherwise. That is, if you order 10 different items and we are out of stock on 1 of them, we will normally hold the order until we can ship all 10 items at the same time.
v We will attempt to ship all complete orders within one business weekday (Monday through Friday) of receipt. Orders placed on Friday will normally ship the following Monday.
v Non-Shippable Products: There are many products listed on our web site that we can not ship via UPS. If you order one of these products and request UPS shipment we will cancel those items from the order and notify you before shipping. If you then decide to cancel the remaining order there is no penalty or charge.
v Tracking: We will send you the UPS tracking number for your order after shipping to assist you in tracking and estimating arrival time. Visit www.UPS.com for complete information on this free service.
· Acceptance: We ship all of our orders "Signature Required." This provides the best protection against undeclared damage, theft or fraud.
· Communication: If we have a question, a concern or need clarification of an order or a request we will contact you using the information you have provided us. If we are unable to contact you for an important clarification or decision that may cause a delay in shipping your order.

Local Delivery Policy
Local Delivery Guidelines:
· Distance: We will deliver to locations situated up to 6 miles from our store, as determined by the distance that is calculated by Google Maps. The physical address for our store is store 1923 Wayside Drive, Houston, TX 77011. Deliveries over 6 miles from our store will normally be shipped UPS with the freight charges added to the invoice.
· Timing of Local Deliveries:
v Cut-off: We will attempt to deliver orders received by 10:00 am on the same day that they are placed, but we may not be always be able to accomplish that goal.
v Priority: Deliveries are scheduled on a first-placed, first delivered basis.
v Good Faith Estimates: We will deliver your order as soon as we can within the guidelines we have established. However, any times given should be considered good-faith estimates and are not promises
v Service goal: Our service goal is safe and timely delivery within the capabilities of our staff and equipment. Our goal is not immediate delivery service, sometimes referred to as "Hot Shot" delivery. In situations requiring immediate delivery please make those arrangements with a local delivery service before placing the order and let your salesperson know the details when placing your order. You may also prefer to place the order in will-call for pickup by your own personnel.
· Delivery Fees and Costs:
v Delivery Fee: Orders delivered to an address within 6 miles by our truck totaling $150 or more (net of taxes, fees, and special charges) will have no Delivery Charge. Additional charges may apply, however. Orders totaling less than $150 (net of taxes and fees) will be charged a $25.00 delivery fee.
v Fuel Surcharge: As of March 14, 2022 all local deliveries will be charged a $10 Fuel Surcharge. This amount will be reviewed from time-to-time as diesel fuel prices change in the Houston market.
v Handling Surcharge: We may add a Handling Surcharge to some deliveries in some situations. We will advise you of the cost of the fee in advance of the delivery so that you can approve it or make alternate arrangements for delivery or pickup at our store. For example, in situations where a large amount of cement or lumber is ordered and no forklift is available for unloading, we charge .75¢ per bag of any bagged product (such as cement, sand, fertilizer, etc.) and .25¢ per board or sheet good (such as plywood, drywall, pegboard, etc.)
v Pallet Deposit: Pallet deposit of $20.00 per pallet will apply on all deliveries. Pallets may be returned for refund of deposit if they are in first class condition, subject to our inspection and approval. This is a pass-through cost, as our manufacturers charge us the same amount per pallet.
· Service Availability:
v Days of Operation: Our delivery service is available Monday through Friday.
v Forklift Requirement: For deliveries of substantial weight, such as large amounts of bagged cement products, large amounts of lumber or plywood, or any concrete culvert products we will require that your receiving staff use your forklift to unload the delivery material. If no forklift is available at the time of delivery we will not deliver the order.
v Non-deliverable Items: We do not deliver pre-cast concrete products, perishable food items or ice. Large quantities of hazardous or volatile chemicals may not be delivered due to Department of Transportation restrictions.
· Delivery Site Requirements:
v Carry Distance: All deliveries are curbside. The maximum carry distance from the vehicle is 20 feet.
v Acceptance: You or your authorized agent must accept all deliveries in person by signing our delivery invoice. For commercial accounts, the signed delivery invoice will be stored in our document archive and retention system and available for viewing and printing as a PDF file from your commercial billing support web page.
v Redelivery: If there is no one is present to receive a delivery when our truck arrives on site the merchandise will be returned to the store. Any redelivery will cost $20 plus any other applicable fees.
v Payment: For our drivers safety we do not make COD deliveries. All deliveries must be paid for in advance in store, a credit card through our web site or with pre-approved commercial credit.
v Discrepancy Reporting: All discrepancies must be noted at time of delivery and must be noted in writing on the delivery invoice. Unless noted at time of delivery, all orders will be invoiced as shown on the delivery invoice.
v Site Entrance Requirements: Our uniformed drivers carry DHS issued TWIC identification. If your job site or workplace has other requirements please notify your salesperson when placing your delivery order.
v Refusal to Deliver: We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any order.
