Commercial Account Page

Commercial accounts are reserved for qualified commercial businesses only. In-store credit privileges are based on receipt and review by our credit department of a properly completed and signed commercial credit application package. They are not available to our non-commercial customers.

Available commercial account services:
	Separate in-store commercial service counter for faster service from our most experienced staff
	Enhanced support for product search, order placement, delivery scheduling, quotes and bids, will-call orders
	Payment terms available of net 10th prox, net 30 days, or stored commercial credit card (must be used at time of purchase)
	Monthly statement of account, with or without outstanding invoice copies
	Invoices are generated at time of sale:
	Printed using laser printers for readability Signatures are captured and included on printed invoices Signed invoices can be auto-e-mailed at time of purchase to multiple addressees Signed invoices can be auto-faxed at time of purchase Reprints of original invoices available on private customer web page (requires login)
	Buyers list: a list of authorized buyers for the account may be maintained (some restrictions)
	Purchase Orders: we can support various requirements for purchase orders
	Private customer web page on CoxHardware.com with the following features:
	Password access via the Internet Multiple user ID's available Live account balance information Live document information showing current payments and invoices Purchase history showing approximately 6 months of account purchases Ability to view signed invoices in PDF format and reprint originals Inventory search Ability to place orders using account credit privileges Ability to view all current orders, including those placed in-store and via the Internet Ability to change user password
